Make sure you get an estimate at the beginning. Lenders are required to do this by law. At closing, your costs should be reasonably close to that estimate.
Most all lenders have the exact same types of loans and programs. Don't let ads and commercials make you think otherwise. I will have the same loans and probably be less expensive.
What will vary between lenders are interest rates and loan costs. It will pay you to shop around. I will try to be the best deal if at all possible.
It's really the person you choose to work with and not the company that makes the difference.
